Disney Cruise employee missing off Mexico

The report doesn't say whether they suspect foul play, nor do they identify the missing person.  The FBI has no jurisdiction because they were off the coast of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico when he went missing. 

Anyone wonder why I haven't been on a cruise before?

    Isn't it really strange they haven't even identified the missing person? I understand not having jurisdiction and not 'running' the investigation, but to not even name them?

    Poor aircraft controller is probably going to lose his job because of this. I don't understand why they would have just one guy to handle such an important task.
